  Mostly alright ....... Gets better sometimes with new staff. Can be very busy, but the store near Rockingham beachfront has reopened after reno's. Could do will a KFC in Secret Harbour to bring down 'waiting for order time during peak times'. Overall not too bad.

  Absolutely pathetic waited over half an hour as they had no chicken ready in either original or hot and spicy this was at 5pm Got told to wait in the waiting bay then people who came after me were getting their meals before myself finally had a gentleman who was waiting just as long as myself walk inside to see what was going on turns out they forgot all about our orders. This is why I prefer to cook my meals and stay away from "fast food" at least I know when it will be ready. They thought an extra large chips would justify the long wait umm I don't think so!! KFC maybe think about hiring older staff instead of these young kids who don't know how to run a business!!

  Absolutely pathetic. If you want to be a "fast food" restaurant, here's a tip: waiting 30 minutes does not constitute "fast food". It would have been quicker if I had driven to the shops, bought everything I needed for a chicken burger, gone home and cooked it from scratch. And my burger would have tasted so much better, fresher and healthier than the slab of meat, measly drizzle of sauce and a few limp salad leaves that you call a burger.
